Well after a not so bad day of driving home from Lawrence I finally made it back home. I stopped by Joaquin's house to check out a wall that he built a while ago and since he will be leaving sometime in the next few months I am anticipating picking this up from him! I'm pretty stoked and it will be nice to have something to train on when I get back from this summer in Estes. The weather is supposed to be rainy and junky through the week unfortunately but maybe things will clean up because I'd love to get out to Kings or Jackson for some climbing. Summer will be here before you know it. Here are a few pics from the week in Texas.

Tex-ass
Spring break is winding down, and with it has came the creation of a blog to celebrate (celebrate?) my return to the climbless abyss of Western Kentucky. This week has been a pretty nice one though, and with it have actually came many opportunities to do some climbing. Although most of it was indoors it has still been a lot of fun to try a few new indoor places and spend a day at Reimer's Ranch climbing with good friends from camp.
This summer is something I'm getting pretty psyched on though! I can't wait to get out to Estes Park and see all of the bouldering at Lumpy. I also have made out a list with some places that I'm going to have to go on days off too, and even found some specific boulders that have looked particularly great! Only a month and a half left!
I guess this will close this first blog entry though and I will post up some pictures of the climbing from this past week when friends get stuff up on the f-book!
